Frazzeled

Bartending was fun. Despite not having shakers or shot measurers (is there an actual name for those?), it went ok. I've decided that there is no proper amount of alcohol to pour. What is too much for someone isn't nearly enough for someone else. But then for a hundred-a-plate (or more) fundraising dinner, we didn't skimp on the drinks.

Today I got to spend 3+ hours in my car outside the police station waiting for my eventual ex-wife to post bail for having missed court. New date on the 19th, woo-freakin'-whoo. :-~

Then we went grocery shopping. Her van is still in the garage, supposedly to get worked on tomorrow, so I took her to the store. It was surreal; after over a year of seperation, there we were talking about how visually distrubing purple catsup and blue applesause are just like we've never been apart. I think I surprised her when I paid the boys for watching the little ones. I know I surprised them. It's nice to be able to surprise your kids once in awhile.

Work is going to suck this week, with no let-up in suckage in sight for the next few to come.
