quick update

Let's see.... my oldest went to the ER this afternoon with a perforated eardrum, got prescription for antibiotics and a pending visit with ENT guy...the poison ivy I got last Sunday whilst paintballing with Mike is finally starting to go away...current level of under-appreciation continuing unabated at work...barley beat-out the ex to the bank this morning to retreive the mindblowing 5% of the insurance settlement that on Monday I suggested was reasonable and she got pissed about...the contractor hit us with a request for an additional seventeen grand to finish the house, despite knowing that the final third of the insurance money wasn't going to be released by the mortgage company until the job was done...

...and it's only Tuesday.
