Neverwhere
Apr. 28th, 2005 11:05 pmI picked-up Neil Gaiman's "Neverwhere" at Borders a few weeks ago, and just got around to watching it last night and tonight. It was very enjoyable, and anyone who's not seen it and is also a Dr. Who fan should like it very much.
I thought the ending a bite too cutesy, but that was minor. I was delighted to hear the various quotes from Asimov, Star Wars and various references to other works including the Wizard of Oz.
I usually don't watch the bonus features on any DVD, but I wished I had watched the interview with Neil prior to watching the show; it would have made much more sense, not having been to London. Still it was a good story and uniquely done.
