rondam.blocspot.com. And even if it's not really brilliant, it's at least insightful. I wish I could find a pretext to share it with management where I work. Not that I think they would get it or know how to apply it, as I suspect the predominate initial reaction would be "but we're not a start-up!". Whatever.
