(no subject)

Doing better today. This afternoon I had Mike chauffeur me to work so I could pick-up my check, hit the bank, the drug store and then dropped him with the grocery money for his mom back at the house. Then I hit the chinese take-out for sesame chicken, white rice, egg roll and wonton soup. Drank half the soup, ate one of the wontons, some of the rice and three pieces of the chicken--cause you can't get sesame chicken and not eat any of it. And I ate the fortune cookie ;-)

So far, so good. If it all stays down, I've got a nice lunch ready for me tomorrow. And if not, maybe for Sunday. According to the fortune I'm going to be changing my present line of work. I'll put it with the last one I got which says I'm going to have good luck in the Spring and see what happens.

One other nice thing the Ex did for me was get me liquid Motrin the other night, which was much easier on my stomach than even the tylenol gelcaps were. Of course it's the children's strength, so it doesn't last long and I got some more tonight. I'm hoping that tonight is the last I'll need of it. I'm mostly fighting a dehydration headache, as my fever broke about 3am last night and I've not run a high temp since. Just in time for me to be back on-call.
