The NSA has published their Guide to securing RedHat Linux v.5. It makes for a good cheat-sheet, even if you aren't as paranoid as the NSA.
And today I came across Cooking for Engineers. I've not tried any of these recipies yet, but they look promising, particularly the Gravlax. And I'm going to have to get one of these shirts.
