Something off the shoulder perhaps?

Biannual visit to the dermatologist today. He saw two moles he didn't like and took them off, one on my left shoulder, the other on my right arm. Band-aides and bacitracin routine for the next five days. If this is the worst I'll have to deal with for a while in the course of getting old, I'll be happy.

At one point while he was taking the one off my shoulder I had to suppress a smile as the H2G2 quote above sprang to mind.
