I'm coming down with something again. It seems this is happening more often this winter than in the past. I'm not totally sure if I am, I just have that rundown feeling, and am getting the chills. Keeping in mind I get like this when I've not gotten decent sleep and it all tends to catch-up with me, I could be right as rain in the morning. The chills part is the kicker. When I don't get enough sleep I eventually get to the point where I'm cold all the time and can't maintain temperature. If I let that go too long, then I inevitably do get sick. So off to bed shortly. I'm reading more lately which is good, but I end-up staying up until 1am or later, which isn't so good. Anyone have any extra self-discipline they can spare?
