suggestions?
Jul. 6th, 2006 07:05 pmI've got next week off. By virtue of procrastination, poor planning, and some genuine stupidity, I'm not going anywhere. If anyone on my friends list has suggestions for places to go, things to do, would like to have a visitor or traveling companion for a day trip, or wants to visit, please let me know.
Today, however, I'm sick. I think I've got what Danny had. I've had an above-normal temperature for two days now, and am considering not going to work tomorrow. I really should have stayed home today, but given what was scheduled at work for today, that would have been more painful in the long-run.
I'm hoping to be over this by Saturday or Sunday so I can take the boys to go see the Pirate movie. That, and spending the first weekend of vacation ill just plain sucks.
I'm still fooling around with the idea of going to Nova Scotia or PEI. I've not ever been to Canada, but going by myself simply for sake of doing it seems lame.
