Today was Sunday, and Sunday means football. So I watched football all day. Watching the wheels come off of the Chargers wagon in the second half was interesting; the Patriots didn't exactly take complete advantage of it right away when it happened, but they persisted and the Chargers kept falling apart. There's probably a lesson in there somewhere.
Hell-week-part-two commences tomorrow morning. The weather forcasters are predicting sleet and freezing rain for the drive in, so I get to find out if the traction control on the new van is all it's cracked up to be, or not. At least tomorrow is a holiday and the lack of school buses on the road means I can not take the highway and avoid any potential problems at high speed there.
Now if I can only get some sleep, I'll be doing ok. I crashed at 8:30 after the game, tossed and turned and dozed and now am up with a headache and nauseous stomach. I've got some Pepto-Bismol tablets around here somewhere (what a weird name for a product, eh?). Maybe the Pink Elephants got me.
