Well, done for now, at least. I've got the documents printed and just need to print a copy for his attorney and I'm all set. I may need to make copies tomorrow if my toner runs out, but that's no big deal compared with what I put myself through this week.
Today was a small comedy of errors, as I had to reformat and rewrote some of my first motion that I thought I had done this morning. But all is well, as it turned out better and it is now in the correct format along with the second.
I'll convert them to pdf's and post them here tomorrow when I have more time. One added bonus from all this is that I am much more anchored in the facts of my case and the law supporting them, and so I hope more prepaired for my hearing next week. If I prevail next week, that will make what I wrote today that much more difficult for him to overcome.
I hope.
