While I don't know this for a fact, there's a better than 2:1 chance that some of your personal financial and/or medical information has been hacked, exposed, or lost sometime in the last two years.

someone has compiled quite the list of data breaches. And yes, my current employer is on the list, but oddly enough, neither Verus nor any of the other 7 hospitals effected are. It makes me wonder how accurate or complete this is.
