I rented
Shoot 'em Up. It is clearly the anti-matrix, down to the bad guys driving around in the 1965 Lincoln Continental and being the only ones with cell phones, and Monica Bellucci's role being that of both reluctant facilitator and then (initially)reluctant partner who doesn't at all believe in her self-anointed savior.
The movie is good; the beginning is slow, despite the action but it soon picks up. It's bloody, funny, sarcastic, and a little preachy, but it's a good rental.
And now, time for some carrots.
