I didn't see this coming

This morning my boss sat me down and told me that my first 30 days were a disappointment. Apparently I've been spending too much time on my project and not enough on daily support stuff, and that I didn't "mesh with my coworkers at all".

So I have been let go. I guess I'm still numb, cause it really hasn't hit me yet, I don't think.

Last week I saw that the hospital in Manchester was still hiring, so I've called and left a message with the hiring manager there, and hopefully that will still be an option.
