The MRI experience on Friday went OK. She was very good at laying still, but because she's still fighting a cold, coughed a few times which added some delays. Altogether it took about 30 minutes to get the pictures that they wanted, so we were only there a little over an hour, with that usual waiting and paperwork at the beginning.

As glorious a day Saturday was, that's how dismal my Sunday turned out to be. It was another nice spring day, but colder. Saturday we apparently got into the upper 60's, but Sunday was lower 50s at best. I was house-bound for the day, as my employer was getting the most out of their on-call dollar (i.e., they don't do direct on-call compensation) from me with four separate incidents that went from 9am until 8pm. There is an up-side, as I now have a comp. day coming to me that I can take when we go to the neurologist.

My Ex spoke with the ophthalmologist today, and he said that the MRIs showed no physical abnormalities other than the optic nerve; so no tumors, ischemia, aneurysms or anything else amiss. Of course this still leave MS on the table. A neurologist appointment is forthcoming, probably for next week.

Today's adventure started last night, when my daughter was getting up every hour to go pee. This lasted all night and most of today. My Ex. took her to the urgent care facility in town, and I met her and the kids there after work. Fortunately, it's only a bladder infection, not another neurological symptom, which was, of course, our first thought and fear. So some antibiotics and lots of fluids and she'll be fine.

It was nearly 7 when we got done and the prescription filled, so I suggested we hit the Japanese Steakhouse for dinner, as it's in the same shopping plaza as the drug store. The kids liked it, I ate way too much, but I think I found as good a use as any for the last C-note of the income tax refund.

Tomorrow morning I am going to attempt to renew my drivers license before going into work. If I am never heard from again, you can safely assume that the DMV has claimed another victim customer.
